How to shop for the hard to shop for person in your life!

So David's birthday was over the weekend and I touched base a little on what I got him here in this post.

But today I thought I'd go into more details.
David is hard to shop for. I mean SO hard.
He's so picky about his clothing, he just has to choose it himself.
The last time I picked out a few things I thought he'd like, he sort of liked 1 out of the 5 things.
Yeah.

He's into golfing but doesn't need anything for it.
He's into gaming but again- he picks.
I could get him stuff for his motorcycle, but let's be real- that'd cost WAY too much money & I'd still have to ask his input on it.

So what's a girl to do?!
Make him a goodie basket.

I took a basket that we had laying around the house and filled it with some of his favorite treats.

In his basket (that I forgot to take a picture of before he tore into it) was:
Original beef jerky
Jalapeno beef jerky
Sour skittles
Sour patch kids extreme
Fruit by the foot
Fruit roll ups
Gushers
Mini pringles
Swedish fish
Nerds
Gummies
Sweet tarts
A variety of Wonka chocolate bars.

I arranged it all neatly in the little basket and he was pretty pleased when he came home to find it.

So if you have a hard to shop for man/woman/kid in your life, a picky person, etc etc.
Now you know what to get him/her-- a basket of their favorite treats!

Also, did you notice I made a little picture just for this post?! Ha. It takes me back to my "I'm no blogger" post.

I agree! Guys are the hardest people in the WORLD to shop for - and they complain it's hard to shop for us!

For us girls, there's tons of things - jewellery, make up, clothes... anything. I always find it super hard to buy things for my boyfriend D:

Great idea, my husband is just as hard to shop for. Everything that he would like is way out of my price range, or would, like you said, need his input.

This is exactly what I do for my dad and my husband since they're so hard to shop for. My dad's always been a tough guy to gift shop for and my husband has everything. You can't go wrong with a gift basket full of goodies!

This is a great idea. My hubby is a pain to shop for too so we are doing something like this with his favorites for his birthday later this month!
